Whether on your own or in a group, our sessions are tailor made to achieve your goals in a fun, flexible delivery. Ensuring variety is the spice of PhysAbility we incorporate one or a combination of the following training styles to keep your body and mind motivated.
Disability Support – Our passion is working with people who have different disabilities and we offer personal training tailored to you and your needs. All bodies have the capacity to move, some just need a little more guidance and assistance to accomplish their goals. Whatever your ability, you are the centre of our attention and we will take on your goals together.
PhysAbility understands that at times a team approach is required and have experience in discussing objectives with input from multiple disciplines which can include amongst others Occupational Therapists, physiotherapists, General Practitioners.
It is PhysAbility’s aim to keep the cost of fitness as affordable as possible.
NDIS:
NDIS funding may be available within Core Supports or Health and Well Being and we can charge directly to your plan, with no cost to you.
